Trade Show Merchandise That Shows Up Ready

Trade Shows & Events

From booth giveaways and staff apparel to VIP gifts, signage and event kits, Monarch73 manages your event merchandise from concept and production through delivery to the show.

Make Your Brand the One They Remember

The right event merchandise does more than put your logo in someone's hands. It creates an interaction, reinforces your brand and gives attendees something worth taking home.

Monarch73 helps companies build complete event merchandise programs — from high-volume booth giveaways and staff apparel to premium gifts for prospects, executives and VIPs. We manage sourcing, branding, production, quality control and delivery so everything arrives ready for the event.

More Time Creates Better Options

Planning early gives you access to better products, more customization, stronger pricing and more reliable production timelines.

When possible, we recommend beginning your event merchandise program approximately eight weeks before your In-Hands Date. That gives our team time to source the right products, develop artwork, produce samples when necessary, complete production and coordinate delivery with the venue or advance warehouse.

What we supply for events

  • A trade show booth table laid out with branded pens, bottles, tumblers, keyrings, a tote and a notebook

    Booth giveaways

High-volume items chosen to be useful enough to survive the flight home.

  • A branded gift box with a fitted insert, a thank-you card, an envelope, ribbon and a sticker seal

    Prospect & VIP gifts

A better gift held back for qualified prospects and scheduled meetings.

  • Two booth staff in matching branded polos and exhibitor badges talking to a visitor

    Branded apparel for staff

Consistent, well-fitting booth apparel so your team reads as one company.

  • Branded pull-up banners, a backwall, counter signage and printed literature at a booth

    Signage and booth collateral

Banners, tablecloths, lanyards and printed materials, matched to the same brand standard.

  • Labeled cartons on a pallet at a booth, marked with booth number, item and quantity, beside a delivery truck

    Event logistics

Advance warehouse, venue delivery, carton labeling, deadline management and multi-location shipping — the part of a trade show program that is not merchandise, and the part that decides whether the merchandise is there.

  • One merchandise program shown across four shows in Las Vegas, Chicago, Atlanta and New York, with its shipping case

    Multi-show programs

One production run stored and drawn down across a full season of shows.

Planning an event program

  1. Show details

Dates, expected traffic, booth size and the venue's receiving deadlines.

  2. Tiered recommendation

We propose a giveaway tier, a VIP tier and staff apparel against your budget.

  3. Produce early

Built to arrive with margin, not on the morning of setup.

  4. Ship to venue

Delivered to the show's advance warehouse with the paperwork the venue requires.

Frequently asked questions

What is an In-Hands Date?

Your In-Hands Date (IHD) is the date you need your finished merchandise delivered—not the date it ships.

We plan production and logistics backward from that date, accounting for artwork approval, production, transit and an appropriate delivery buffer. If your project is tied to an event or deadline, let us know your required date as early as possible.

What is your typical turnaround time?

Many standard domestic products can be produced in approximately 10–15 business days after artwork approval, while custom, imported, packaged or high-volume programs may require additional time. Faster turnaround is available for most products — rush production typically adds a fee.

We always build timelines backward from your In Hands Date (IHD) — the date you need goods in your possession. If your IHD requires us to move faster, we’ll tell you immediately and give you honest options rather than overpromising.

What products can you brand?

Through our supplier network we can source across virtually every product category in the promotional products industry — apparel, bags, drinkware, tech accessories, office items, wellness products, packaging, and more.

Popular categories we work with regularly include branded tumblers, embroidered hats and apparel, custom notebooks, pens, tote bags, and full welcome kits. If a product can carry a logo, we can source it.

How is pricing calculated?

Pricing depends on the product, quantity, decoration method, packaging, personalization and shipping requirements. Larger quantities often provide better per-unit pricing.

We provide a clear proposal outlining the products, branding, packaging and associated costs so you can evaluate the complete program before production begins.
