Your Merchandise, Stored and Ready

Warehousing

Produce branded merchandise at volume, store it with Monarch73 and draw from inventory whenever your employees, locations, events or customers need it — from receiving and SKU-level inventory management through to replenishment and distribution.

Volume pricing and just-in-time delivery pull in opposite directions. Producing in bulk gets you the unit price; needing forty units next Tuesday does not.

Buy at Volume. Ship as Needed.

Ordering merchandise in larger quantities can reduce unit costs — but that does not mean you need everything delivered at once.

Monarch73 lets you produce at volume, store the inventory and release merchandise as it is needed throughout the year.

Everything Behind Your Inventory Program

  • An incoming delivery being scanned and counted at the receiving dock against a board showing units received, SKUs received and verification status

    Receiving & verification

Incoming merchandise is received, counted and organized before entering inventory.

  • A racking aisle with every bay signed by product and SKU — tumblers, notebooks, bags, welcome kits, drinkware, apparel, polos, hoodies, hats and accessories

    Dedicated storage

Branded merchandise is organized by product and SKU, so inventory stays accessible and ready for fulfillment.

  • An inventory dashboard showing stock by SKU, reorder alerts and incoming shipments, on a desk in front of racked and labeled stock

    Inventory management

Track quantities, inventory movement and available stock across your merchandise program.

  • A reorder planning screen listing each SKU against its reorder point, flagged in stock, low stock or reorder, with the replenishment purchase orders already scheduled

    Reorder planning

Inventory levels help identify when merchandise should be replenished, before critical products run out.

  • A 75-unit release picked and packed against a stock of 10,300, with the pick list, the labeled carton and a dashboard showing what remains available

    On-demand fulfillment

Release the quantities you need without starting another production run.

  • One stock pool routed out to offices, hotels, retail locations, events and individual recipients, each with its own quantity, against a map of the destinations

    Multi-location distribution

Ship inventory to offices, hotels, retail locations, events or individual recipients from one centralized stock pool.

  • A program reporting dashboard showing beginning inventory, units shipped, units received, ending inventory, low-stock SKUs and shipments by location

    Program reporting

See what moved, where it went and what remains available.

Frequently asked questions

Can you manage our ongoing branded merchandise program?

Yes. Monarch73 can manage recurring merchandise programs that include product sourcing, stored inventory, replenishment, kitting, individual fulfillment and distribution, on a dedicated product catalog at pre-negotiated pricing.

Instead of coordinating multiple vendors, inventory locations and shipments, your team has one merchandise partner managing the program from production through delivery — and can focus on how the merchandise is used rather than on how it is sourced.

Can you handle kitting and fulfillment for our onboarding or event program?

Yes. Kitting is one of our core capabilities. We receive the individual products at our facility, assemble them into branded kits per your specification, and ship them to a single destination or to individual addresses.

A typical welcome kit might include a branded t-shirt, notebook, tumbler, pen and personalized welcome card — all assembled in a branded box with tissue paper and a sticker seal. The process, documentation and quality standards are the same at every scale, from a few hundred employee swag boxes to more than 3,000 individually assembled and shipped gifts for Spotify for Artists across three continents.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Minimum quantities vary depending on the product, decoration method and level of customization. Some programs can begin with relatively small quantities, while fully custom or factory-direct products may require higher minimums.

Tell us what you’re looking to create, your approximate quantity and budget, and we’ll recommend options that fit your program.
