The Box Is Part of the Gift

Custom Swag Boxes

Custom swag boxes designed around your brand, audience and occasion. From product curation and custom packaging to personalization, assembly and delivery, Monarch73 manages the entire experience from concept to recipient.

A Swag Box Should Feel Like a Designed Moment

What's inside matters — but so does how everything comes together. The packaging, product selection, presentation, personalization and order in which each item is discovered all contribute to the experience.

Monarch73 designs the merchandise and packaging together, then manages production, quality control, assembly and delivery so every recipient receives the experience exactly as it was intended.

Need Boxes Throughout the Year?

A box program does not have to ship all at once. We can produce merchandise and packaging in bulk, store your inventory and assemble boxes as they are requested — for new hires, anniversaries, client gifts, sales milestones, VIP requests and events.

Produce, store, receive the request, assemble, ship, replenish. You send a name and an address; the box goes out at the standard you approved months earlier.

One production run, drawn down all year.Which is the difference between a gifting project and a gifting program.

Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum quantity for a custom swag box?

Minimums depend on the products, packaging and level of customization. Some programs can begin at lower quantities, while fully custom packaging and merchandise may require higher minimums. Tell us your quantity and budget and we’ll recommend the best approach.

Can you ship swag boxes internationally?

Yes. Monarch73 coordinates domestic and international fulfillment for multi-recipient programs. Depending on the project, we can manage recipient addresses, individual labeling, tracking and customs documentation for cross-border shipments.

Our Spotify for Artists program included more than 3,000 recipients across the U.S., Europe and Asia.

Can you handle kitting and fulfillment for our onboarding or event program?

Yes. Kitting is one of our core capabilities. We receive the individual products at our facility, assemble them into branded kits per your specification, and ship them to a single destination or to individual addresses.

A typical welcome kit might include a branded t-shirt, notebook, tumbler, pen and personalized welcome card — all assembled in a branded box with tissue paper and a sticker seal. The process, documentation and quality standards are the same at every scale, from a few hundred employee swag boxes to more than 3,000 individually assembled and shipped gifts for Spotify for Artists across three continents.

Do you send proofs before production?

Always. No order enters production until the artwork proof has been approved by the client. The proof shows the artwork in the correct colors, at the correct size, in the correct placement on the product.

You’ll receive a PDF or image proof via email. Once you approve it in writing, we submit to production. If changes are needed, we revise the artwork and resend it for approval before production begins.
