Tell Us What You’re Working On
Have a product in mind? Good. Still figuring it out? That is fine too. Tell us what you are trying to accomplish, your approximate quantity, budget and deadline, and we will help determine the right merchandise and production approach.
You Don’t Need to Have It All Figured Out
Some clients arrive with a specific product. Others arrive with an audience, a budget and a date. Both are a good place to start.

Have a product in mind
Send the details — product, quantity, decoration, destination and the date you need it. If it is straightforward we can often price it quickly.
Need ideas
Tell us the goal instead: who it is for, roughly how many, the budget and the deadline. We will come back with products and a production approach built around it.
Before You Get in Touch
None of this is required. Each one you have shortens the conversation.
Have these? Even better.
- What it's for
- Who receives it

Tell Us About Your Project
The project form asks the questions that make a useful answer possible.
Product type, quantity, budget, in-hands date, delivery destination and artwork — all optional except a way to reach you. If you do not know a field yet, leave it; not knowing the quantity is not a reason to wait.
What Happens Next
From the moment the brief arrives.

We review your project
Quantity, audience, budget, branding requirements and the date it has to be there.
We build options
Products sourced against the brief, and the production route that fits the quantity and the window.
You receive a proposal
Products, branding, quantities, pricing and an estimated timeline.
You approve
Artwork and specifications confirmed before anything enters production.
We execute
Production, quality control, kitting and delivery, with one point of contact throughout.
One point of contact from inquiry through delivery.
The Most Important Date on Your Project
The date the merchandise must be in your possession — not the date it ships.

- In-hands date
- Delivery buffer
- Transit
- Production
- Artwork approval
- Product selection
Tell us the in-hands date first. Everything else is planned backwards from it.

Getting started
Do I need to know exactly what I want before reaching out?
Not at all. Many of our clients come to us with a brief, a budget, and a deadline — and we help them figure out the right products for their goals. Part of our value is the consultation. We’ll ask the right questions, make specific recommendations, and send you a curated proposal.
The only thing we need to start: a general sense of what the merchandise is for, how many people you’re serving, and when you need it.
How do I get started?
The fastest way is to send us a message at hello@monarch73.com or call (518) 666-2724. Tell us what you’re working on — the product, the quantity, when you need it, and where it’s going — and we’ll get back to you with a quote and a recommendation within one business day.
If you have an upcoming event, program launch, or seasonal need, lead with your In Hands Date. That’s the most important piece of information for building your timeline correctly.
What exactly does Monarch73 do?
Monarch73 is a full-service branded merchandise company. We source, decorate, kit, and fulfill promotional products for mid-market B2B clients — including corporations, hospitality brands, event organizers, and growing companies.
Unlike a standard print shop that takes your order and ships a box, we manage the entire program: supplier sourcing, artwork proofing, quality control, kitting, eStore management, and ongoing replenishment. We are the one contact you never have to chase.
What types of clients do you work with?
Our clients include hotel groups, real estate firms, corporate HR and marketing teams, event coordinators, and growing businesses that want their brand to show up consistently and professionally on physical products.
We work best with companies that have ongoing merchandise needs — repeat orders, employee programs, client gifting, or event merchandise — rather than one-time print jobs.
What makes Monarch73 different from other promotional merchandise vendors?
Most promo vendors are order-takers. You send them what you want, they produce it and ship a box, and the relationship ends there. If something goes wrong, you’re chasing a support ticket.
Monarch73 operates differently. We review your brief and ask questions if the product or spec isn’t the best choice for your goal. We proactively communicate throughout production. We send tracking before you ask. Every order ships with documentation. And when something goes wrong — which happens in every supply chain — we absorb it and solve it quietly rather than making it your problem.
Pricing
How is pricing calculated?
Pricing depends on the product, quantity, decoration method, packaging, personalization and shipping requirements. Larger quantities often provide better per-unit pricing.
We provide a clear proposal outlining the products, branding, packaging and associated costs so you can evaluate the complete program before production begins.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum quantities vary depending on the product, decoration method and level of customization. Some programs can begin with relatively small quantities, while fully custom or factory-direct products may require higher minimums.
Tell us what you’re looking to create, your approximate quantity and budget, and we’ll recommend options that fit your program.
Why does my quote expire?
Supplier costs, shipping rates, and product availability change — sometimes weekly. A quoted price is based on the cost structure at the time of the quote. After 15–30 days (noted on your Sales Order), we need to reconfirm pricing with the supplier before committing.
This protects you from signing based on pricing that may no longer be available, and it protects us from absorbing cost increases that weren’t in the original quote.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. Most orders require a deposit before production begins. Deposit requirements and final-payment timing vary with order size, production method and your own payment terms, and are set out in the proposal rather than assumed.
For established clients on net terms we can discuss structures that fit your accounts payable process.
Payment methods accepted include ACH/wire transfer, check, and credit card. ACH is preferred for larger orders.
Process & timelines
What is an In-Hands Date?
Your In-Hands Date (IHD) is the date you need your finished merchandise delivered—not the date it ships.
We plan production and logistics backward from that date, accounting for artwork approval, production, transit and an appropriate delivery buffer. If your project is tied to an event or deadline, let us know your required date as early as possible.
What is your typical turnaround time?
Many standard domestic products can be produced in approximately 10–15 business days after artwork approval, while custom, imported, packaged or high-volume programs may require additional time. Faster turnaround is available for most products — rush production typically adds a fee.
We always build timelines backward from your In Hands Date (IHD) — the date you need goods in your possession. If your IHD requires us to move faster, we’ll tell you immediately and give you honest options rather than overpromising.
How long does bulk production take?
Timelines depend on the product, quantity, customization, production location and shipping method. Domestic programs may be completed within a few weeks, while fully custom or overseas production requires additional time.
We build every schedule backward from your required In-Hands Date and provide the production and freight timeline before you approve the order.
Do you send proofs before production?
Always. No order enters production until the artwork proof has been approved by the client. The proof shows the artwork in the correct colors, at the correct size, in the correct placement on the product.
You’ll receive a PDF or image proof via email. Once you approve it in writing, we submit to production. If changes are needed, we revise the artwork and resend it for approval before production begins.
What happens if something is wrong with my order?
Quality-control procedures are built into the production process according to the product, the quantity and what the program requires; for complex or high-volume runs, additional inspection and pre-shipment checks can be built in. If a defective item reaches you despite that, we resolve it. The type of resolution depends on the nature of the issue — replacement items, credit, or a partial refund — and we’ll work with you and the supplier to find the right path quickly.
Because every Monarch73 order ships with a detailed packing slip and documentation, we have a clear record of exactly what was ordered, approved, and shipped — which means disputes are resolved in days, not weeks.
Products & decoration
What products can you brand?
Through our supplier network we can source across virtually every product category in the promotional products industry — apparel, bags, drinkware, tech accessories, office items, wellness products, packaging, and more.
Popular categories we work with regularly include branded tumblers, embroidered hats and apparel, custom notebooks, pens, tote bags, and full welcome kits. If a product can carry a logo, we can source it.
What decoration methods do you offer?
Screen printing — best for flat graphics on apparel and flat surfaces, typically 1–6 colors.
Embroidery — dimensional, premium finish, ideal for hats, polos, and bags.
DTG (direct-to-garment) — for full-color photographic prints on fabric.
Laser engraving — permanent, elegant, used on drinkware and tech accessories.
Pad printing — for pens, small items, and hard surfaces.
Heat transfer — versatile, works on a wide range of materials.
We will recommend the right method based on your artwork, product, and budget.
Can you PMS match my brand colors?
Yes. PMS (Pantone Matching System) color matching is available for most decoration methods and is something we take seriously. Your brand colors are part of your brand identity — a product that looks off-color reflects on your company, not the vendor.
When you provide your Pantone codes, we communicate them directly to the supplier and confirm matching before production begins. When PMS matching is available, we identify any applicable color-match or setup costs in your quote before production.
If you don’t have your Pantone codes on hand, we can help you identify the closest match from your existing brand assets.
Do you work with existing artwork, or can you create it?
Both. If you have existing brand files, we’ll work with them directly. For screen printing and most decoration methods, we require vector artwork (AI or EPS format) — if your files aren’t vector-ready, we can have them converted through our design partners, typically within 24–48 hours.
If you need artwork created from scratch or a layout designed for a specific product, we can coordinate that as well. Design fees apply and will be quoted upfront.
Can you create a completely custom product?
Yes. Custom manufacturing can cover dimensions, materials, PMS colors, components, packaging and decoration — a product made to your specification rather than a catalog item with a logo added.
Minimum quantities and lead times are higher than standard domestic products, and the sequence is longer: concept, specification, sample, approval, production, quality control, delivery. Tell us the idea and the date and we will say early whether the two are compatible.
Can you handle large-volume orders?
Yes. Monarch73 supports high-volume domestic and overseas production, and the appropriate route depends on quantity, customization, budget and the required delivery date rather than on the number alone.
Documented programs include 45,000 pieces across nine product categories for the NYPD and 40,000 components split across more than 200 locations for Shake Shack.
Programs & eStores
Can you manage our ongoing branded merchandise program?
Yes. Monarch73 can manage recurring merchandise programs that include product sourcing, stored inventory, replenishment, kitting, individual fulfillment and distribution, on a dedicated product catalog at pre-negotiated pricing.
Instead of coordinating multiple vendors, inventory locations and shipments, your team has one merchandise partner managing the program from production through delivery — and can focus on how the merchandise is used rather than on how it is sourced.
What is an eStore and does Monarch73 build them?
An eStore is a branded online merchandise portal — a private store where your employees, clients, or members can browse and order branded items directly. Monarch73 builds, manages, and fulfills from eStores on behalf of our clients.
We handle the product sourcing, store setup, order fulfillment on each purchase, inventory monitoring, and replenishment. Your team gets a link to a store that looks like your brand — not a generic vendor portal.
eStores are particularly popular with HR teams running employee gifting programs, and with membership organizations that want to offer branded merchandise without managing a fulfillment operation.
Can employees receive a merchandise allowance or budget?
Yes. Purchasing limits can be assigned by employee, department, team, office or other approved group, so an onboarding allowance, a departmental budget or a recognition credit is applied at the point of ordering rather than reconciled afterwards.
Orders can be associated with the department, office or cost center that placed them, which is what makes the program reportable at the end of a quarter.
Can employees choose their own size or merchandise?
They can. For programs where sizing or choice matters — apparel especially — we set up a branded employee store: a private online storefront carrying the items you have approved, at the specifications you have approved, so nobody is ordering off-brand.
Employees select and size themselves, orders draw down the inventory we hold for you, and each one ships to the address given. You see what has been ordered and by whom without collecting a single spreadsheet of sizes.
Shipping & distribution
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Monarch73 coordinates domestic and international fulfillment for multi-recipient programs. Depending on the project, we can manage individual labeling, tracking, shipping documentation and cross-border logistics.
Our Spotify for Artists program included more than 3,000 recipients across the U.S., Europe and Asia.
Can orders be divided among multiple locations?
Yes. A single production run can be split into per-destination consignments — headquarters, districts, community centers, training facilities or event locations — with each carton counted and labeled for where it is going.
The same operation split 40,000 components into 100-set consignments for more than 200 locations on the Shake Shack program.
Can you ship employee swag directly to individual employees?
Yes. Monarch73 can assemble, address and ship employee kits directly to individual homes or offices. We can also warehouse inventory for ongoing programs, allowing new-hire, recognition and other employee kits to ship as they are requested.
Can you ship directly to a convention center or advance warehouse?
Yes, and for most shows the advance warehouse is the better target. Its receiving window closes earlier than load-in, but material delivered there is waiting in your booth space when you arrive rather than competing with every other exhibitor for the dock.
Tell us the venue, the show and the booth number and we will work to that facility’s receiving dates and requirements.
Can cartons be labeled by booth or department?
Yes. Cartons and pallets can be labeled by booth number, destination, department or contents — registration, staff apparel, attendee merchandise, VIP gifts, signage — with a carton count so anything missing is obvious on arrival rather than on the show floor.
Can you coordinate freight paperwork?
Yes. Shipments to a venue or advance warehouse go with the documentation that facility requires, including the bill of lading, delivery appointment where one is needed, carton count and booth or location reference.
This is the part that most often goes wrong when merchandise is shipped straight from a supplier who has never sent anything to a show.
Can you palletize large orders?
Yes. Bulk shipments can be cartonized and palletized to the receiving requirements at the destination, with carton counts and labelling by location, booth or department.
Tell us what the receiving dock can take — pallet height limits, appointment requirements, liftgate — and it is planned into the shipment rather than discovered on delivery.
Warehousing & fulfillment
Can you handle kitting and fulfillment for our onboarding or event program?
Yes. Kitting is one of our core capabilities. We receive the individual products at our facility, assemble them into branded kits per your specification, and ship them to a single destination or to individual addresses.
A typical welcome kit might include a branded t-shirt, notebook, tumbler, pen and personalized welcome card — all assembled in a branded box with tissue paper and a sticker seal. The process, documentation and quality standards are the same at every scale, from a few hundred employee swag boxes to more than 3,000 individually assembled and shipped gifts for Spotify for Artists across three continents.
Can you warehouse our employee merchandise?
Yes. Merchandise is received into our facility, counted, organized by SKU and held as your inventory until a kit, an order or an event needs it.
For a company hiring continuously this is what makes the economics work: you produce once at the quantity that earns the better unit cost, and draw it down one onboarding kit at a time.
Can you replenish eStore inventory when it runs low?
Yes. Inventory levels are monitored across the program, so it is visible when a product is running down and replenishment can be planned before the item goes out of stock rather than after somebody tries to order it.
Core merchandise is typically produced in larger quantities to earn volume pricing, then held and drawn down through the year as orders come in.
Can we track inventory and orders?
Yes. The program can report what is on hand, what has moved, where it went and what is running low, with orders associated to the department or cost center that placed them.
Individual shipments carry tracking, and inventory visibility is what makes replenishment a plan rather than a surprise.
Can you provide order and shipment documentation?
Yes. Every order ships with documentation, and the program can supply approved artwork, product specifications, color standards, pre-production approvals, purchase order and packing documentation, tracking and inventory reporting.
These are the controls procurement usually asks for, and they are part of how the program runs rather than something assembled on request.
